Fund raising is the cornerstone of the Music Program. Without funding, the music program and the children would not be able to fill full their potential. The Cardinal Alliance relies on various events through out the year and volunteers to support these events. How can you help? You can make a monetary donation to the program. If every family would donate $350 dollars to the program, we would be well on our way to being able to supply the instrumental and performance coaches that are necessary for having a top notch group. These coaches help with the marching, the color guard, the percussion, the battery and all of the instrumental sections. They also help with the overall appeal of the program. These donations would also make it possible for us to use some of the money we raise through our normal fund raising activities to go toward some of the extras for the students. Do you have family or friends that would like to support your student and help them reach a goal of being in an outstanding performing group? How about some friends that were in the program before and have graduated or even previous coaches or teachers? Below is a letter that you can fill out and give to them to show them how they can help. Remember it doesn't hurt to ask. Get the Band Donation Letter. Selling advertisement space in our performance programs is another way to help. We reserve space in our programs for companies or organizations that would like to be seen in our program. We all deal with local companies everyday and many are willing to purchase an advertisement. Do you own or work at a company in the local area that would like to help support the program your child is involved in? Remember, potential customers will be seeing the programs and looking at the advertisements. The ads vary in size from business card size to full page. There is no limit to the space available; However the front and back page ads are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Images should be submitted in a standard format such as JPEG, GIF, PDF, etc. If you have any questions, please contact Ray Luce @ raymond.luce@bridgepointeducation.com. Many companies have a matching donation program where they will match your donations to non-profit organizations. Check with your employer and find out what their requirements are to participate in this program and we will do all we can to help you get the whatever you need to qualify for this donation. Come to a Booster meeting and present it to the members on hand and see if it is something we can use. Do you have experience that could help us with fund raising?
